ABOUT ME
Welcome!
A'Dore Design was created by me, Danielle Sartori, a Beauty Therapist and Makeup Artist based in Perth, Western Australia, that loves to be challenged creatively and sharing professional knowledge from my 12 year career.
My extensive skin care, product knowledge and techniques go beyond what is on trend. I specialize in a perfectly natural base and promote skin health. Knowledge is power, so I am passionate about dispelling myths and educating clients on effective treatment both holistically and with scientifically driven results.
To me, Makeup is more than just covering skin; it is to enhance the natural beauty and artistically showcasing individuality.
My attitude to sharing knowledge isn't limited to clients, as I have invested in my own education, for both Makeup and skin health. This is essential for staying active in an ever-evolving industry.
So, a bit of background on how I got to this point in my career; in 2006 I started studying the Certificate 4 in Beauty Services through a hands on Traineeship at Salon De'Lise Beauty and Relaxation in Kalgoorlie.
During the five years working in the salon, I discovered a passion for Makeup I previously never knew existed.

Besides specialising in Bridal Skin Prep and Makeup, my work was regularly published in The Kalgoorlie Miner's Outback Beauty Magazine and I was the head Makeup Artist for the Gravity Hair Gala; I also wrote the monthly newsletter to our clients and hosted One-On-One Makeup Lesson in salon for clients that would miss out on appointments during the Kalgoorlie Race Round so they would be confident in doing their own Makeup.
Since moving to Perth in 2011 and working alongside Dermal Therapists at Complexions Skin and Beauty Centre, I regularly traveled back to Salon De'Lise Beauty and Relaxation for training new staff, Makeup for requested clientele and relief management. I completed the Diploma of Specialised Makeup in 2013 advancing my Beauty Makeup skills, while learning Special Effects and Body Art techniques. I was also privileged to have volunteered for Telethon and Curtin University Fashion Graduate Show.
Through my countless clients, talented colleagues and inspiring employers, I have allowed my knowledge to grow and never stall. It is important to ask questions; I have learnt so much from asking the right professionals and I ask you to do the same. Fulfilling those questions I am often asked has inspired me to begin the blog.
Please view my previous Makeup work and if you have any request (no matter how crazy!) send the idea my way!
